THE Executive Committee and affiliates of the Castries Cricket Association has hailed the fight and determination shown by its district team in capturing the Prime Minister’s T/20 cup in the final against South Castries last weekend.

“It was another inspiring performance that has been seen from the players over the last three years that distinguishes them in local cricket. “It was a display that all former players in the district would have been proud of,” President Ryan O’ Brian said.
The Association also congratulates the four players who were named on the Prime Minister’s T/20 XI at the completion of the tournament. They are middle order batsman Jamal James (161 runs), wicket-keeper Stephen Naitram (12 dismissals), spinner AlleynProspere (10 wickets) and fast bowler Dillon John (13 wickets).
