TEAM Saint Lucia has commenced its quest for a championship title at the 32nd Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Swimming Championships, taking place from November 8 to 10 in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
A contingent of 34 swimmers, along with technical staff, will represent the country in this three-day event.
The team is committed to achieving positive results.
Assistant Coach Peter James expressed confidence that the team will yield successful outcomes at the championships.
He stated, “I believe that the swimmers selected possess the talent, strength of character, and determination to represent our country in a way that will make all Saint Lucians proud.”
The Saint Lucia squad is composed of the following swimmers: 8 & Under Boys and Girls: – Miles Andrew – Tiago Nelson – Keyanno Elibox – Emma Fortune – Amber Francois.
9-10 Boys and Girls: Tyler Dantes – Khairi Elibox – Dylan Cocoran – Sapphire Parks – Gia Arthurs – Mya Andrew – Khiara Hippolyte.
11-12 Boys and Girls: Caden Calderon – Maxime Larrie – Nathan Lewis – Amara Reece – Zaina Brathwaite – Aniyah George.
13-14 Boys and Girls: Noah Dorville – Jayden Xu – Aaron Charles – Fayth Jeffrey – Kaitlyn Holder – Kayla-Marise Inglis 15-17 Boys and Girls: – Ethan Hazel – Karic Charles – Shemar James-Nicholas – Fayth Lubrun – Caitlin Polius – Alexandra Bristol.
