On Friday May 5, 2023 Officers of the Drug Squad, Castries recovered a quantity of Controlled Drugs and Ammunition at Corinth, Gros Islet.
Officers executed a Search Warrant at Corinth, Gros Islet on the premises of Adonay Emile John at Corinth, Gros Islet. During the conduct of the search, Officers recovered a quantity of Cannabis and four rounds of Ammunition.
Adonay Emile John was arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Intent to Supply, Cultivation of Cannabis and Possession of Ammunition.
He was escorted to the First District Court and was granted bail for the following offences:
1) Possession of Cannabis the sum of one thousand, five hundred ($1500) dollars cash or suitable surety.
2) Intent to Supply the sum of two thousand, five hundred ($2500) dollars cash or suitable surety.
3) Cultivation of Cannabis the sum of four thousand ($4000) dollars cash or suitable surety.
4) Possession of Ammunition the sum of five thousand ($5000) dollars cash or suitable surety.
And other court conditions, the matter was adjourned for a later date.
