Jannou Credit Union Congratulates New Scholarship Holders

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world” Nelson Mandela

For over 30 years the Jannou Credit Union has remained committed to assisting our community and our members through the scholarship/educational grants. The scholarship has assisted parents in defraying some of the expenses associated with school. This includes but not limited to approved textbooks, bags, shoes, and facilities fees.

It is with great pleasure Jannou Credit Union congratulates our New Scholarship holders. They remained committed to academic excellence despite of the challenges faced. These recipients embraced change and excelled, as a result they are now being recognized and awarded for this achievement.

A total of 45 scholarships were awarded, along with 34 bursaries. Student grades ranged from 89% – 96%. Our new scholarship holders are currently attending the St Joseph Convent, Vieux Fort Comprehensive, St. Mary College and Leon Hess Comprehensive Secondary School.
