BRANCH Manager of G4S Secure Solutions Ltd. Mr. Cletus St. Marie and the leadership of the National Workers Union (NWU) met Monday July 12, 2021 at the NWUās head Office at UNITY House, Sans Souci, Castries.
Discussions were centered around:
ā¢ The two parties working towards an improvement in industrial relations.
ā¢ The importance of having to amicably resolve all outstanding matters.
ā¢ The establishment of a framework that would give both sides an opportunity to devise an educational programme to assist the security guards in their overall development.
ā¢ Monitoring the overall operations of the company so as to work towards the full implementation of the provisions in the Collective Agreement between the Company and the Union.
The discussions were healthy and the National Workers Union looks forward to a quarterly engagement between the parties.
