PRESS RELEASE – “I’VE got a feeling it’s going to be a lovely day…” is the mood Sergie sets with the opening strains of her brand new 2018 release, “Saucy”.

This is the first offering from the songstress who originates from TiRocher in Micoud. “Saucy” is her third writing collaboration with Presley Scotland of Startrax Studios. He also wrote Sergie’s “Rum and Iron” released in 2016 and “I InDat” from 2017.

“Saucy” was recorded by Desmond Auguste of Ransum Records in Anse la Raye and produced, mixed and mastered by Vallis “Shaker HD” Weekes of Shaker Productions in the UK. Weekes is a member of the Soca Frenzy team that produces events in the UK that has featured numerous soca acts including Ricky T and most recently Motto from Saint Lucia. UK based musicians Deon Ryan provides live guitars and TechanCozier bass on the track.

Sergie wants you to abandon your cares and have a good time. It’s going to be a lovely day after all and this is an invitation to “quench your sober”. And the invite is for men and women. “Saucy” is for all united in bacchanal.
