On Sunday, September 3 this year, the Royal Saint Lucia Special Reserves Police celebrated the 60th anniversary of its existence.
However, the event will begin with a church service at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Sunday, October 2 at 8: 00 a.m. which will be followed by a march past.
Other activities, including a raffle, cake sale, barbeque, Country and Western dance in the south, car wash, boat ride and family day, are part of plans to celebrate this milestone.
The theme for the 60th anniversary of the Royal Saint Lucia Special Reserves is “Developing an Attitude of Trust and Understanding between the Special Reserves and by Extension the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force and the Public”.
