Flow To Cancel Customers’ Debts

FLOW has introduced a debt forgiveness Initiative that allows customers with unpaid bills to get up to 80% of their debt wiped clean!

Said a company statement: ”Flow understands that Saint Lucia is facing difficult economic times, so the company has launched this programme to help its customers settle their outstanding balances. This will allow customers to continue enjoying Flow’s exciting suite of services”.

The debt amnesty programme gives every residential broadband, Flow TV and home phone customer with an overdue balance the opportunity to have up to 80% of that unpaid bill cleared completely.

Flow encouraged customers to take advantage of this special offer by visiting any Flow retail store for more details.

Flow’s Sales, Marketing & Communications Manager, ShermalynSidonie-John says the company has acknowledged the need to assist some customers. She said:

“We understand that there are individuals and families who have been going through some tough challenges. We will continue to do whatever we can to help customers in need who are struggling to pay their bills. This special amnesty offer is a way of providing them with the support they need to help them regain their service or services.”

Last weekend, LIME also announced a similar programme of debt forgiveness for their customers.

  1. “Flow understands that S.Lucia is facing difficult times…”
    bla bla bla.
well, what prevents Flow from reducing this exorbitant rates on TV / Internet / Phone???
why a customers can not choose the channels what he like to see and only pay for this channels???
This is nothing new see FIOS TV. Why not in St.Lucia ???

  2. at present Flow/Lime offering aprox. 100 channels for aprox. 100$ per month. = aprox.1$ per channel.
Nobody using all channels but Flow/Lime make everyone pay channels what are never watched, I call this a rip off.
Flow/Lime can put a price tag on every channel and let the customer choose his package. since every customer have/must have the black box and it is already in place to filter the individual channels.
therefore give 20 channels for 20 $ !!!! and not to bleed every household dry.
it is a shame not even the local channels like HTS or DBS you can not see them with antenna again, no, you have to buy the package from Lime/Flow to see the news.
