A ‘Thank You’ from CCSS Plus

CCSS Class of ’79 Plus thanks friends, supporters and donors for making its first fund raising ball a success.

In attendance at the head table were Her Excellency Dame Pearlette Louisy, Governor General of St. Lucia; Ms. Lawrence Laurent, first female principal under whose patronage the ball was hosted; Ms. Emma Hippolyte,  Member of Parliament for Gros Islet.  Mr.Jeremie Joseph Immediate Past Principal and Deacon who offered opening prayers, and Ms.Marva Daniel current principal.

The ball was attended by over 125 guests.  CCSS Class of ’79 Plus says thanks to everyone who purchased tickets, to the Police Band whose music was stupendous and to DJ – Orlan who provided great dinnertime music and brought  the ball to an end. We also wish to state our appreciation of those who purchased tickets but were unable to attend and those who made personal financial and other donations.

Our fund raising drive, the “CCSS Huts Project” has kicked off with success, and we look forward to continued public support as we strive towards making the project a reality.
