THE Saint Lucia Cycling Association (SLCA) will host a 40 kilometre Criterium Cycle Race in Vieux Fort tomorrow.
The 50-lap event at the South Shore 800-metre circuit in the Coco Dan area in Vieux Fort will begin from 9.00 a.m.
According to Saint Lucia Cycling Association President, Cyril Mangal, the event replaces the 100 kilometre road race which had been postponed in favour of the shorter and more intensive 40 km event.
Before the start of the 40 km race, and in an effort to continue its developmental programme, the SLCA will stage a 10-lap/8 km race for riders 14 years old and under.
