The SLFA Inc. Girls Under 13 competition continued on Saturday, May 2, at the Grace Playing Field in Vieux Fort.
In a notable match, Desruisseaux defeated Anse La Raye 3-0, showcasing their growth as a competitive team. Alysia Emmanuel was the standout player, scoring two goals in the 24th and 26th minutes, while Jayannie William added a third goal in the 53rd minute.
Despite the defeat, Anse La Raye remains at the top of the standings with 18 points. Desruisseaux follows closely with 15 points and a game in hand, while Dennery holds third place with 14 points.
Following the match, 15 medals were awarded to the Anse La Raye team in recognition of their efforts throughout the competition.
