The Institute of Surveyors (St. Lucia) Inc. (ISSLU) will host the RICS/IPTI Caribbean Valuation & Land Conference in Saint Lucia next month.
Organised in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI), the conference is one of the Caribbean’s most respected professional gatherings. “It attracts more than 150 delegates annually, including international experts in valuation, construction, real estate, land administration, and finance,” ISSLU said in a statement. “Each year, this global forum rotates across different Caribbean islands, providing an exceptional opportunity for knowledge sharing, professional development, and cross-border collaboration.”
With participants from the Caribbean, North America, and Europe, the event highlights Saint Lucia’s growing role as a hub for professional dialogue and thought leadership. Key Benefits of the Conference include:
– Expert-led sessions on valuation, property taxation, and land development.
– Networking opportunities with senior decision-makers across multiple sectors.
– A platform to strengthen regional professional networks and build global partnerships.
The ISSLU, through this initiative, continues to reinforce its mission of professional
excellence, capacity-building, and advancing standards in the built environment.
The event is scheduled to take place from October 22-23, 2025, at Harbour Club in Saint Lucia.
