SJC Represents at 2025 Key Club International Convention (ICON)

The St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary School {SJC} Key Club is currently in Florida participation in the Centennial Anniversary of Key Club International Convention. The 2025 Key Club International Convention {ICON} is being held in Orlando and concludes tomorrow June 6th.

Representing St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary School and Saint Lucia, as part of the Caribbean Atlantic District, the attending students had a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers and forge lifelong friendships, participate in engaging workshops, hear from inspiring speakers and participate in leadership training that will empower them to develop and execute more innovative service projects in their Key Club District.

The Principal of the St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary School, Mrs. Rosaria Auguste, was thankful to the entities who made it possible for the students to be part of this historical moment as Key Club International celebrates its 100th anniversary.

“This is an incredible opportunity for our students to grow both personally and as service-minded leaders,” said Ms. Mindy Fitz, Key Club Faculty Advisor at the St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary School. “We are thrilled that our SJC Club decided to be part of this type of Youth Leadership Development activity. For many years SJC has always supported and encouraged its students to participate in this international event.”

This prestigious annual gathering brings together thousands of student leaders from around the world to share ideas, attend workshops, develop leadership skills, help elect 2025 -2026 Key Club Leaders and vote on amendments and celebrate the impact of Key Club International.
