A number of young cricketers representing the various secondary schools in this year’s Massy United Tournament will be in action this weekend when the St.Lucia National Cricket Association / Lotteries Inter District Under – 19, 50 over competition bowls off with matches scheduled at five venues around the island.
Today from 10:00 a.m. Gros Islet plays Central Castries at the Gros Islet Playing Field, Babonneau meets Anse la Raye at Babonneau, Mabouya Valley will be up against Dennery at the La Resource Playing Field, Mon Repos plays South Castries at the Dennery Playing Field and Choiseul takes on Soufriere at the Piaye Playing Field.
On Sunday ,Gros Islet plays Anse la Raye at the Gros Islet Playing Field, Babonneau meets Central Castries at Babonneau, Mabouya Valley will be at home to South Castries, and Dennery play’s Mon Repos, while Laborie plays Soufriere at the Piaye Playing Field.
Among the youngsters n show will be Kester Charlemagne, Kimani Melius, Rene Montoute, Chaz Cepal, Kevyn Arnold, Stuart Calderon, Adil Barlow, Stavone Gabriel, Christian Charlery and Jard Goodman just to name a few.
