A man found dead in a house in Faux-a-Chaud is the island’s latest homicide, taking the toll to 17 for the year 2021.
Police, on Monday, 26, April at about 1:00pm, were called to a home in the community where they found the motionless body of 33-year-old Kem Grieves.
According to Superintendant of Police with Responsibility for Crime Management, George Nicholas, there were obvious marks of violence about the body of the victim”. A medical practitioner who was summoned to the scene, pronounced the body dead before it was transported to the OKEU Hospital.
A post-mortem has been scheduled to ascertain the cause of death in the island’s latest killing.
No arrests have been in this case.
