PRESS RELEASE — WASCO wishes to inform consumers that pipeline repairs at Jeremie Street and Coral Street, Castries have been postponed to Sunday 25th August, 2024. To facilitate these works, the supply of water to the City of Castries and its environs will be interrupted from 6:00 AM.
Please be advised that the flow of traffic will be temporarily diverted during these emergency repairs. Motorists and pedestrians commuting in the vicinity of the work site are advised to adhere to traffic direction from site personnel or to take alternate routes where possible.
Customers are urged to collect and conserve water ahead of the planned works. WASCO apologizes to its valued customers for the inconvenience this interruption will cause as we work to restore the supply as soon as possible.
