The St. Lucia Football Association’s Senior Womens Football Tournament is heating up. Some impressive matches have been on show with team from around the island.
Tonight the ladies from Central Castries will take on the ladies from Canaries in what is expected to be a showcase of talent. In the second encounter the Sulfur City senior ladies will come up against Anse La Raye.
Central in their last encounter defeated Anse La Raye 4 – 2. The Soufriere team is presently undefeated after their first 2 games while Anse La Raye has yet to register a point after their 2 games thus far.
The tournament is drawing much excitement as a number of national and prospective national players are on show.
The matches this evening are scheduled to be played at 6pm and 8pm respectively at the Soufriere Mini Stadium.
