A Celebration of Culture and Collaboration Drops Ahead of Jazz and Arts Festival 2025

In the true essence of musical fusion, The Island Collective proudly announces the release of five diverse tracks. These songs, developed by a three-member executive producer team called The Island Collective, are a fresh addition to the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival 2025. It features five dynamic tracks performed by a diverse mix and established artists. As a result, we invite music lovers and media alike to share the experience and energy.

Each track on the “The Island Collective’s” Jazz and Arts Festival project is a unique interpretation of infectious island rhythms, brought to life by five talented artists:

  • Havilla King – Far Away
  • Gersham – Freedom Prayer
  • Shayne Ross – En Kay Dansé
  • Sly – Long Live
  • Ashley Skerritt – Pull Up

Jazz-inspired grooves meet Caribbean essence, layered with conscious lyrics, uplifting vibes, and soulful soundscapes.

“We wanted to create something that felt like a celebration of sound, synergy, and of our shared roots. The timing with the jazz festival makes it even more meaningful, as we present this collaborative work to a culturally rich demographic,” said The Island Collective.

We extend heartfelt thanks to all the artists who lent their voices and creativity, the producers, engineers, musicians, and background vocalists who brought sound to life and the Ministry of Tourism for their invaluable support and continued dedication to nurturing cultural expression through music and the arts.

The Island Collective’s Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival Collection is now available on all major radio stations and soon on all streaming platforms.
