On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, Officers attached to the Rodney Bay Police Station received a report of a Robbery at La Feuille, Monchy about 2:50 a.m. On arrival at the scene, Officers were informed that a bag containing personal items was stolen.
On Thursday, April 20, 2023, officers attached to the Rodney Bay Police Station executed a search warrant on the premises of Yanic Gasper, Zaccheus Estephane, and Jonte Oneal at Caye Mange Monchy, where a bag containing the personal items of the victims, including their cell phones was recovered.
On Friday, April 21, 2023, Yanic Gasper, Zaccheus Estephane, and Jonte Oneal were formally arrested and charged for the offense of Stealing from Person.
On Monday, April 24, 2023, they were escorted to the First District Court and granted bail in the sum of $5000.00 cash each or suitable surety with other court conditions.
