Donovan Jn Baptiste has been called up to the St. Lucia National Men’s Football Team for the very first time. The young striker who hails from and plays for the fishing village of Canaries has had an impressive season locally.

Initially, Donovan Jn Baptiste played for Challengers in the Southwestern community of Soufriere however he is now a key player for the dominant Uptown Rebels squad in Vieux Fort.
The young Jn Baptiste believes hard work and determination is what will get him where he wants to be and what has gotten him this far.
In his last outings in St. Lucia’s 1st Division and the Island Cup Donovan Jn Baptiste recorded 11 goals in 10 games. This no doubt encouraged his call up to the Senior National Team.
