Investigators attached to the Royal Saint Lucia Police force are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of twenty-five (25) year old, Denzel Edmund of Lastic Hill, Castries.
According to the RSLPF, a report of a shooting was referred to the Criminal Investigations Department in Castries, at approximately 4: 15 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021.
Denzel Edmund was found motionless at Bois Patat, Morne Du Don, with apparent gunshot wounds to his body. He was pronounced dead on the scene by a medical practitioner.
A post mortem examination is scheduled for a subsequent date.
