The Board of Directors of the St. Lucia Teachers Credit Cooperative Limited led by Mr. Mc Orville Combie, and the National Workers Union Secretary General, Mr. Johann Harewood along with the Shop Steward met at UNITY HOUSE to sign another industrial agreement.
This agreement which will run for a period of three years provides in Year One, a Lump Sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) to all employees, and a two percent increase each in Years 2 and 3. The workers will also benefit from an upward movement in fringe benefits.
The document was signed Tuesday August 3, 2021 at the offices of the NWU.
