SALCC Launches Revolutionary Entrepreneurial Programme

The Sir Arthur Lewis Community College has unveiled The Gateways to Global Careers certificate programme with a promise to catapult young and new Entrepreneurs into a successful future.

The program which will be held over an 18 month period will allow current Sir Arthur Lewis students, as well as Entrepreneurs from the general public, locally and regionally to enroll. This will be a virtual programme with a face to face training component as well.

The Programme has collaborated with IVY League facilitators such as Dr. Shirley-Ann Behvaresh, Cheryl Heller of Arizona State and Belynda Bady of Harvard University. Opportunities exists for students to travel abroad to gain real world experience and collaborate with Entrepreneurs globally and in some cases credits from the program are transferrable to various Universities.

Classes are set to begin this month and with a few more spaces left registration continues until Tuesday March 23rd.

SALCC Global Careers Programme invites all interested potential students to an open house/information session on Tuesday March 9th at 6pm.

Brent St. Catherine, Head of the Gateways to Global Careers Programme as well as guest lecturers will be available to answer questions and provide full details on the prospectus.
