Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a stabbing which occurred last Saturday around 11:50 p.m. at Augier, Vieux Fort.
The victim was conveyed to the St. Jude’s Hospital via a private vehicle, after having allegedly sustained a puncture wound below his right breast. He is presently admitted at the said medical facility in a stable condition.
One individual is presently in police custody in relation to this incident.
