SUGAR Beach, A Viceroy Resort in St Lucia has been recognised as the ‘Best Long Haul Hotel in the World’ at The Times & Sunday Times Travel Awards held at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas on Tuesday.
This esteemed award further enhances the reputation of Sugar Beach, located in Soufriere, as the best hotel in the Caribbean and one of the very best hotels worldwide.
Decided entirely by the votes of readers, a number of exceptional hotels and resorts were shortlisted in the prestigious category, making the eventual win an even bigger achievement. Andre Boersma, General Manager graciously accepted the award on behalf of the property at the ceremony.
