Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 36-year-old Mervin Francis aka “Vines” of China Town, Marigot.
Francis was discovered lying at the side of the Marigot main road with what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds around 5:50 a.m. on Friday.
He was pronounced dead by a medical doctor on the scene.
A post mortem is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. today
Francis becomes the 21st homicide case for 2016.
