CARNIVAL celebrations in St. Lucia just wouldn’t be the same with the presence of LIME. Mas lovers around the island always look forward with eager anticipation to the company’s involvement in the festivities.

LIME is already preparing to hit the road this year. The telecommunications provider has announced a massive sponsorship package for the 2015 cultural extravaganza. The company is providing financial, telecommunications and promotional support to three carnival bands – Toxik, Legends and Outkast Revellers of Vieux Fort.

LIME is also the main sponsor of the Wave’s Outrageous Sexy in Black, and Power Soca stars U4RIA featuring Teddyson John in concert. Both events promise to be among the biggest and most exciting of the season, all powered by LIME.

The St. Lucia Association of Registered Tents (START) have also benefitted from LIME support in a big way. LIME is the title sponsor of START, an amalgamation of all the calypso and soca tents on the island. The Association had a tough time trying to secure sponsorships this year. Thanks to the financial support it received from LIME and a number of other sponsors, START was able to overcome the challenges and launch this year’s competition successfully.

LIME also sponsored the Ave Maria Girls’ Primary School 3rd Annual Ave Clash and the national schools calypso competition, thereby buttressing its status as one of the biggest corporate sponsors of St. Lucian talent and culture.
