TWO top projects from the Sagicor/National Schools` Science and Technology Fair 2014 were entered in the “24th International Research Projects Contest held by MEF Education Institutions among its high school students.
This competition is currently taking place in Istanbul, Turkey, ending May 9.
One of the projects done by Gaius St Marie named “Rhizobacteria as corn growth promoter” which was entered in the branch of “Biology” has been deemed worthy of exhibition by the members of the Science Board of MEF Education Institutions.
Gaius St Marie and Mr.Motielall Singh have accompanied the project to Turkey to compete with over 100 projects from the rest of the world. In addition this is the only project that qualified from the Caribbean.
