THE excitement continued in the St. Lucia Football Association’s Inter-Districts Under – 15 and Royal Club Under – 23 competitions over the weekend in four Districts.
In the Under – 15 competition two games were played in the Southern Zone at the Augier Playing Field. Game 1, Soufriere won over Vieux Fort 3-2. In Game 2, Choiseul won over Laborie 2-1.
The Royal Club’s Under – 23 competition Western Zone, at the Anse la Raye Playing Field, Canaries won over South Castries 2- 0.
At the Dames Playing Field in the Southern Zone, in Game 1, Vieux Fort North won over Laborie 4 – 1. In Game 2, Vieux Fort South won over Choiseul 3 – 0.
In the Eastern Zone played at the Desruisseaux Playing Field, in Game 1, Dennery won over Mabouya Valley 1- 0. In Game 2, Micoud won over Desruisseaux 2 – 0.
Meanwhile, One game in the Royal Club Under – 23 competition in the Southern Zone will be played today at the Dames Playing Field featuring Laborie against Soufriere from 4:00 p.m.
