The SLFA Inc. Senior Men’s Club competition returned on Saturday, March 8, featuring several hard-fought matches.
At the Soufriere Mini Stadium, Young Stars and Black Panthers played to a goalless draw in the opening match. Bays FC secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Faith United, with Antoine Wilfred scoring in the 37th minute.
Meanwhile, at the Corinth Playing Field, Chesters claimed a 2–1 win over Monchy United, thanks to goals from Linburg Ferdinand (34th) and Delchan Deterville (42nd). Troy Greenidge pulled one back for Monchy in the 60th minute.
Another matchup saw Northern United and GMC United play to a 1–1 draw. Dominic Codd put GMC ahead in the 59th minute, but Lyndon Constantine equalized in the 78th minute.
On Sunday, March 9, Platinum and Victory Eagles also played to a 1–1 draw. Shayan Lionel gave Platinum the lead in the 29th minute, but Shawn Alfred responded with an equalizer in the 61st minute.
