THE Management of Blue Waters (St. Lucia) Ltd and the National Workers Union (NWU) yesterday signed their first industrial agreement.
The official ceremony took place at the Department of Labour at which the leadership of the NWU, Shop Steward and Management of the company affixed their signatures to the new industrial accord.
Workers will receive a ten percent (10%) general wage increase spread in the manner four percent (4%) in year one and three percent (3%) in years two and three respectively.
Workers will receive a back pay effective July 2016 along with other industrial provisions.
