PRESS RELEASE – THIS week the St. Lucia Blind Welfare Association (SLBWA) paid the first courtesy visit to the new Governor General of St. Lucia Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac, who, by virtue of his post, is also the Patron of the SLBWA.
The Governor General expressed his fervent commitment to serve as patron and fully support the invaluable work of the SLBWA which touches many lives in nearly every household in St. Lucia.
The St. Lucia Blind Welfare Association was represented by Debora Pamphile-Mclean ( Projects, Administration and Finance Officer) and Anthony Avril, the Executive Director.
