Return on Investment Consulting (ROIC) and the Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, in association with Cascade Strategy and Strategy Management Group (SMG), have announced that they will host  Executive Circle St. Lucia, an exclusive gathering of senior business leaders. The highly anticipated event will take place on June 18, 2026, at the Bay Gardens Hotel.

The theme “Strategy-Led Performance: Closing the Execution Gap,” will tackle the evolution in business leadership: the shift from static, annual business planning to dynamic, strategy-led execution.

“Organizations across the Caribbean are realizing that static strategic plans are no longer sufficient in a rapidly changing environment,” said Dwaine Forbes, CEO of Return on Investment Consulting. “The true differentiator is Strategy-Led Performance, creating a culture where strategy is dynamic, real-time visibility is the standard, and every team’s daily work is directly connected to the organization’s highest ambitions. The Executive Circle, brought to you in partnership with the Chamber and our global associates, provides a rare environment for regional leaders to discuss the real-world trade-offs, disciplines, and technologies required to make this pivot.”

The event will feature insights from globally recognized strategy experts and regional thought leaders representing the hosting and associate organizations, including:

• Charlie Newark-French, CEO, Cascade Strategy, a global leader in strategy execution software.

• Ellen Antoine, General Manager, Caribbean Metals Limited

• Dwaine Forbes, CEO, Return on Investment Consulting (ROIC)
