Institute of Surveyors (Saint Lucia) Inc. Announces Strategic Annual General Meeting to Shape the Future of the Profession

The Institute of Surveyors (Saint Lucia) Inc. (ISSL) officially announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Thursday, 7th May 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Conference Room, Ministry of Finance, Financial Administrative Centre (5th Floor), Pointe Seraphine.

As the primary body representing surveying professionals in Saint Lucia, the ISSL has identified this year’s AGM as a critical juncture aimed at addressing several high- priority initiatives designed to strengthen the profession’s regulatory framework and its impact on the nation’s built environment.

Key Agenda Priorities are centered on several pillars essential to the modernisation and elevation of the industry including Legislative Advancement, Stakeholder Engagement, Digital Modernisation and Strategic Growth

The Executive of the ISSL emphasises that the continued relevance and effectiveness of the Institute depend upon the collective commitment of its membership. The decisions made during this session will have lasting implications for the future of the surveying profession in Saint Lucia.

“This AGM represents an opportunity for our members to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of our field,” stated the ISSL Secretariat. “Active participation is essential as we work toward a more structured, visible, and influential Institute.”
