The Soufriere Regional Development Foundation (SRDF) is implementing significant upgrades at the Sulphur Springs Park in Saint Lucia. This project includes the construction of three new pools, a deck, additional storage, and changing rooms.

These enhancements will undoubtedly elevate the visitor experience at this popular tourist attraction. Upgrade works commenced in 2018, with temporary access to the black water pool being suspended.

Additionally, the SRDF has announced necessary fee increases for Sulphur Springs Park and the Soufriere Jetties, effective June 1, 2025.

The organization is resolute in its commitment to improving tourism infrastructure in Soufriere, fully capitalizing on the potential of both the Sulphur Springs Park and Gros Piton Nature Park.

Refurbishment efforts have already begun, starting with upgrades to the steps. In the coming weeks, improvements will expand to washrooms and showers, enhancing comfort and accessibility for all visitors.

An SRDF spokesperson reaffirmed, “The park remains open throughout the works, and we look forward to welcoming you as we implement these exciting upgrades.”
