
Saint Lucia will host the fourth edition of SocaFit RoadBlock this weekend.
On Sunday June 29th, fitness enthusiasts and fitness specialists will converge on Rodney Bay for what is expected to be a fulfilled, energetic workout.
This year’s event is expected to be a high-energy carnival-inspired fitness extravaganza, blending Soca music, dance fitness, and community wellness. The event commences from the JQ Mall to the Ramp at Rodney Bay and highlights include Four 25-minute SocaFit Master Classes led by Saint Lucia’s top fitness instructors, A Big Bad Music Truck creating a carnival “jump-up” atmosphere for 500+ attendees, Wellness activities: massages, health product sampling, fitness challenges, and giveaways.

The event will also include live entertainment by local DJs and Soca artists and a charity component to support family homes with underprivileged children.
Also participating in RoadBlock 4, is international guest fitness instructor, Spinny from Barbados. With a huge global social media following, Spinny’s presence will help further broadcast the Saint Lucia Moves initiative to a much wider audience.
As the only event of its kind in Saint Lucia, RoadBlock 4 will promote health, community spirit, and cultural pride while aligning with the mission to improve the health of the nation.
