Saint Lucia participated in the 44th Caribbean Travel Marketplace in Antigua from May 12–15, 2026. Led by CEO of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Louis Lewis, the delegation comprised members of the management team including Marketing, Sales and Public Relations.
A mix of 20 accommodation and destination management organizations met with international tour operators, wholesalers, travel advisors and media partners to strengthen existing relationships, forge new business opportunities and showcase Saint Lucia’s diverse tourism product.
The annual Caribbean Travel Marketplace serves as one of the region’s premier tourism business events, bringing together suppliers and buyers from key global markets for a series of pre-scheduled business meetings, networking opportunities and industry discussions. Saint Lucia’s participation formed part of the destination’s continued efforts to increase visitor arrivals, expand market reach and position the island as a leading Caribbean destination for adventure, romance, wellness and authentic cultural experiences.
While in Antigua, the delegation reportedly took the opportunity to debut Saint Lucia’s new destination website, stlucia.org, and unveil the destination’s summer campaign, What Kind of Summer Are You?, highlighting curated experiences and value-added offers designed to inspire travelers to choose Saint Lucia for their summer escape.
