Today (Friday), the 2025 Secondary Schools Under-16 Netball Competition culminates with an electrifying final that can’t be missed.

Defending champions Soufriere Comprehensive Secondary School (SCSS) will clash against the formidable St. Joseph’s Convent (SJC) in a grand final that promises to be thrilling at the Beausejour Indoor Facility.
Both teams earned their places in the final after fierce semifinal encounters on Wednesday, November 5. SJC confidently outplayed Castries Comprehensive with a 15-9 victory, while Soufriere narrowly overcame the Saint Lucia Sports Academy (SLSA) with a hard-fought 14-10 win.
Road to the Final: How They Got Here
St. Joseph’s Convent (SJC) – Group A Dominance
– Launched their campaign with an impressive 41-3 win over Entrepot Secondary School.
– Followed up with a decisive 17-7 victory against Castries Comprehensive.
– Finished the group stage by dismantling Leon Hess Comprehensive 33-5 to claim the top spot.
– In the quarterfinals, they crushed Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary School 31-10.
– Secured their final berth with a commanding 15-9 semifinal win over Castries Comprehensive.
SCSS – Defending Champions. Group C Dominance
– Made a strong statement from the outset, demolishing Micoud Secondary School 23-1.
– Defeated local rivals Choiseul Secondary School with a score of 21-9.
– Wrapped up the group stage with a dominant 32-9 victory over Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary School.
– Survived a tight quarterfinal clash against Babonneau Secondary School, winning 10-8.
– Secured their final berth with a determined 14-10 victory over SLSA.
