Jade Mountain has retained the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Rating for 2025 — an honour awarded to only 12 resorts across the entire Caribbean.
The AAA Five Diamond Award is an independent hotel appraisal system rewarded by the AAA (American Automobile Association) to hotels in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean (as noted by xotels.com).

It can be compared to the 5 Star hotel classification system, known in Europe and other parts of the world.
“Though a little late in sharing the news, our pride in this achievement is immense. This recognition speaks volumes about the unwavering dedication of our team and the consistently elevated standard of the Jade Mountain guest experience”, the resort stated.
Karolin Troubetzkoy, Owner/Executive Director of the resort, attributed the award “to our incredible team, to the vision behind the resort, and to the many guests who trust us with their most meaningful travel experiences.”

An ultra-luxury boutique resort in Soufriere, Jade Mountain is known for its striking, open-architecture designs and breathtaking views of the Pitons. The resort features unique “sanctuaries” with the fourth wall entirely absent, and each sanctuary includes a private infinity pool and sweeping living spaces that seamlessly blend with nature. It offers a peaceful, romantic, and exclusive retreat experience, focusing on organic design, exceptional service, and fine cuisine.
