[Photo by VPC]Students and teachers from the Marisule Seventh-day Adventist Church Vacation Bible School camp made a special visit to The Voice Publishing Company this week, engaging in a guided tour of the island’s oldest newspaper house, currently celebrating its 140th anniversary.
The educational visit was part of the camp’s mission to expose children to different industries and inspire them through hands-on learning. During the tour, students explored the production areas and observed the many steps involved in bringing newspapers and print materials to life—from design to final output.
Campers were especially excited to learn about The Voice’s 140-year legacy in Saint Lucian media and how the company continues to serve the public through innovation and storytelling.
Our doors are always open to the next generation of readers, writers, and creatives. We’re honored to be part of their summer learning experience—especially in this milestone year.
