This expansion has received strong backing from the government, recognizing KM2 Solutions’ commitment to investing in and bolstering the island’s workforce.
Construction is currently in progress at Orange Grove Plaza, Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet, where KM2 Solutions is developing a state-of-the-art, 40,000 sq. ft. contact center facility.
Upon completion, the facility will boast 850 workstations, training rooms, conference areas, a cafeteria, and more capacity to generate over 1,000 new jobs, specifically targeting Saint Lucia’s talented youth.
This expansion increases KM2 Solutions’ total workforce capacity in Saint Lucia to 2,500 employees across three locations: Union, Massade, and now Bois d’Orange.
“This expansion is a direct result of the exceptional talent and dedication we continue to see here in Saint Lucia. We are committed to deepening our roots and providing even more opportunities to the local workforce,” stated Marvin Bartholomew, Senior Vice President, Eastern Caribbean Operations, KM2 Solutions.
This initiative is perfectly aligned with the Government’s efforts to create high-quality, sustainable jobs for Saint Lucians, particularly for youth entering the workforce.
The first phase will launch in August, with KM2 Solutions beginning to hire for 300 new positions, further reducing youth unemployment and strengthening the national economy.
“Saint Lucia has been foundational to our success,” affirmed David Kreiss, President and CEO of KM2 Solutions. “Our ongoing investment here reflects our confidence in the island’s people and the trust our clients place in KM2 to deliver consistent, high-quality service.”
For over two decades, Saint Lucia has been the birthplace of KM2 Solutions’ operations. The company has expanded to six countries, employing over 6,000 people globally, while continually recognizing Saint Lucia as a cornerstone of its success.
This investment demonstrates the growing global confidence in Saint Lucia’s skilled labor pool, stable investment climate, and the proactive support provided by government agencies like Invest Saint Lucia.
