On Thursday, March 20, 2025, at approximately 2:50 p.m., the Choiseul Police Station received and reacted to a report of an assault in Industry, Choiseul, which resulted in one fatality.
Preliminary investigations revealed the presence of an unresponsive male at the location, with evidence of suspected head trauma. The Saint Lucia Fire Service also reacted to the incident and assisted the victim.
A medical doctor was called to the spot, where he examined the victim and verified his death. The deceased has been identified as Ken Joseph Ismael of La Pointe, Choiseul.
