BOSL Launches Biggest Ever Holiday Promotion: “Wishes to Wheels”

The Bank of Saint Lucia (BOSL) last Friday launched its biggest holiday promotion with the grand prize being a fully loaded brand-new Hybrid SUV GWM Haval model.

The “Wishes to Wheel” promotion ends December 16 and comes with several exciting weekly prizes. The SUV Giveaway is on December 20, 2024.

The promotion is open to any retail customer who participates by being approved for any loan-such as a mortgage, vehicle loan, or the EZ FINANCE Loan-or by applying and being approved for a BOSL Visa Credit Card and spending a minimum of EC$1,000 within the promotion period.

BOSL Cardholders are encouraged to use their Credit Cards frequently as each additional transaction enhances their entry opportunities and chances to win.

BOSL’s Managing Director, Rolf Phillips, expressed pride in the collaborative efforts of the bank’s staff and corporate partners for this promotion, highlighting JQ Motors as a key partner that secured the coveted grand prize:

In the spirit of the holiday season, Phillips emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, reinforcing BOSL’s commitment to this cherished Christmas tradition.

Phillips remarked on the common practices during the festive season, such as community cleanups, purchasing new appliances and vehicles, along with family gatherings, all of which hold immense sentimental value.

As the largest commercial bank on the island and in the sub-region, catering to over 80,000 clients, Phillips asserted that BOSL fully supports local traditions and aims to enhance the excitement of the season through impactful campaigns that deliver value to customers.

“This campaign will undoubtedly amplify the joy that people experience during this festive season, creating a significant impact for our customers,” he affirmed.

Explaining the promotion’s concept, BOSL’s Senior Manager of Marketing & Corporate Communications (Ag.), Genevieve Downes, clarified, “This initiative is inclusive; it caters to both BOSL and non-BOSL customers—no retail customers are left out.”
She reiterated the importance of community engagement and recognizing those who trust BOSL with their financial journeys. Commenting on the grand prize, Downes stated, “As we advance towards a sustainable future, our choice of a Hybrid SUV for the grand prize underscores our commitment to eco-friendly decisions.”

Arleta Rate-Mitchel, BOSL’s Senior Manager of Retail Banking, affirmed the bank’s relentless pursuit of better service for its customers. She outlined a range of offerings, including home ownership, vehicle ownership, and personal financial management.

“Christmas is a special time in the Caribbean, representing one of our largest cultural celebrations,” she stated to the audience at JQ Motors showroom where the launch was held.
