At around 7:00 PM on September 7, 2024, Flow customers encountered a temporary outage that impacted all services, including Entertainment, Fixed Broadband, Fixed Voice, IP & DATA, IP Transit, and Mobile.
This service disruption was linked to a partial electrical failure at the Sans Souci site, resulting in the disconnection of all the station’s devices.
Restoration efforts began at approximately 7:00 PM, and services were restored around 7:45 PM.
Technical teams are actively monitoring this site, implementing all necessary measures to prevent any future occurrences.
