Police have arrested a 16-year-old male in connection with the death of 24-year-old Donald Joseph of Over the Bridge, Dennery.
It was on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at about 8:45 p.m., when officers at the Dennery Police Station initiated investigations into a report of a fatal stabbing which occurred at the above location.
A male, who had been attacked with a knife and suffered numerous injuries, was conveyed to the Dennery Hospital for treatment. The victim succumbed to those injuries and was later declared deceased by a medical practitioner at the institution. The deceased was later identified as Joseph.
The 16-year-old in police custody is of the same address as the deceased.
