Atwell Dalgliesh & Co. (Saint Lucia) Ltd., recognised as one of Saint Lucia’s leading distributors, recently marked its 50th year of operations on the island.
The company kicked off its milestone year by recognising and rewarding a number of outstanding team members for the 2023 period. Earlier this year, the annual awards ceremony and gala dinner was held at Cap Estate Garden Weddings – Jardin Romantique, under the auspices of managing director, Karen Hippolyte-Elizee.
Among those receiving trophies and gifts were warehouse assistants Digby Auguste and Kevin Antoine, who picked up titles for Team Player and Leadership. Auguste, who also doubles up as a Driver, shared his gong (Team Player) with Administrative Assistant, Pedro Depradine.
Another Driver / Warehouse Assistant, Jusui Phillip, was adjudged Rookie of The Year; while Leon Polius, walked away with the honour of Employee of The Year.
Invoicing Clerk Mickson Joseph was a double winner, copping the Attendance Award as well as the Managers Award. Van Sales Rep, Donovan Breedy, captured the Team’s Most Improved Award. Sales Representative, Marlan Smith, took home the Customer Service Champion crown, and Receivables Clerk, Crystal Antoine, grabbed the title for Creativity and Innovation.

Located on Lower La Pansee Road in Castries, the company is a wholesale and retail distributor of janitorial, sanitation, plumbing, electrical and hardware, hair care, and food service supplies including compostable flatware, bags, and containers.
