Humiliation and Dissent in Parliament

By James Stanislaus
.

The Speaker and Leader of Government business were once more humiliated by the Opposition Leader via the COURTS, but adding insult to injury, they both violated the instructions of the Court by failing to lift the suspension before delving into any House affairs.  It is common knowledge that the Alibaba clan formulated an apology when the Opposition’s legal team reminded them of one’s constitutional rights.  So concerned they became, they rushed to the Courts on bended knees fabricating a pitiful response concerning the disadvantaged folks of Micoud South.

The march from the Opposition headquarters to Parliament spoke volumes as we observed the kind of support mustered by the UWP all in the name of democracy.  St Lucians need to familiarize themselves with the importance of democracy in the world.  Today, we have two nations at war for over fourteen months all in the name of democracy.  So serious is the situation that this war has brought about all sorts of changes including the destruction of Ukraine, the possible economic collapse of Russia, stunted world economic growth and a warrant of arrest for the President of Russia.

Enough is enough and St Lucians are duly warned to be extremely vigilant by the actions of a team which are prepared to destroy a nation to protect a victory they were not worthy of earning based on the methods adopted.

DEMOCRACY IS NOT JUST A WORD, IT REPRESENTS A FREEDOM WHICH IS NOT FOR SALE AND NOT TO BE TAMPERED WITH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
