This year the Centre for Adolescent Renewal and Education (C.A.R.E.) will be celebrating its 30th Anniversary on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. C.A.R.E. is a non-governmental, non-profit institution that provides an alternative educational opportunity for youth primarily between the ages of 12 and 19 years who obtain a holistic education that empowers them to become productive citizens.
