The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force on Friday, August 5th 2022, charged Shern Curt Emmanuel for intentionally causing the death of Mary Julietta Charles.
On November, 2nd 2021, the lifeless body of Mary Julietta Charles was found by her common-law husband in the washroom of their La Perle, Saltibus home.
Police after pursuing several leads were able to prefer charges against Emmanuel a resident of La Perle, Saltibus.
Emmanuel is currently remanded in custody.
