IN an induction ceremony hosted by The Ministry of Tourism, Information and Broadcasting, Culture and Creative Industries at the Governor General’s Official Residence on February 27, 2020, His Excellency Sir Neville Cenac bestowed golden honours upon Ronald Boo Hinkson and Gordon “Commissioner” Williams in the area of music. Taj Weeks and Ken Chitolie –philanthropy, Jallim Eudovic- visual arts, Joseph Marcell – performing arts, David Williams – academia. His Excellency also bestowed golden honours upon Saint Lucia’s sole female Goodwill Ambassador- Levern Spencer in the area of Sports.
Jermain Defoe, Leslie Ferdinand and Daren Sammy were also named Goodwill Ambassadors in the area of sports.
